I wanted to set my D60 on a tripod, pre-focused on the bird feeder and when the timing was perfect, CLICK.
Wrong… after a minute or so, the shutter reverts to default, nullifying the remote and, reception to the signal only responds from a position in front of the camera.
perhaps I should revert to my old shutter release cable and some duct tape.
The addition of the lense cleaning kit lessened the disappointment.

I have this Nikon Wireless remote for my D5000. I love it. I have never had a problem with it. Sometimes if I change from auto mode to another mode it will revert back to the camera setting. It does not do that if I keep it in the same mode. I love it for shutter speed. I came back to buy another one in case I lose this one, it is small.
