They will not call you back nor do they have a phone number on their website for customer service. I had a problem with my order and they just ignored me.

Less than a week after purchase, one of the two zippers broke. This, to go along with the fact that this case is just too snug for what it is made for. The camera BARELY fits in the case, and it is tough to get closed. Also, if you wanted to put anything else in there with the camera, forget it. You couldn’t even fit a couple slips of paper in there. … It’s not worth the trouble of sending back, but I certainly would not buy this again. Do yourself a favor and find another case.

nice pink color, and sturdy case., shame I lost it in the first month. At least I did not lose the video camera as well!

I was very happy with the quality of this product. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that when I placed my Flip inside it didn’t look like it fit. You would have to force it in. Other than that I loved the case and would recommend it to a friend.

This is the second case like this that I’ve purchased, one for my tiny camera, and now this one for my Flip camcorder – very well made and sturdy enough to protect it.
