It was a crazy deal, and it was a good deal! I would just say to consumers to just buy those if you need those. You won’t regret.

Dropped it in the Hawaiian lava fields (the rough ‘a’a, not the smooth Pahoehoe) and everything was protected.

I purchased this set really for the case. It was a good size and the price for the set was less (including shipping) than most of the other similar cases. The screen covers really don’t stay on very well but I’ve used them when taking the camera to the beach to avoid sand scratching the screen. The tripod is tiny but I’m sure it would work anytime I would need to take timed photos (about once a year).
I would say, buy it for the case. The other items can be useful, maybe…

It was worth the ten buckd for the case alone. the tripod is a small table top, but it works.

Got this item for $2.95. For the price this is an excellent bargain. The case alone is worth the price and was my main motivation for buying. The case is roomy enough for my Canon A2000IS, has a nice zippered pouch to hold SDHC card, battery sleeves, and room enough for a micro cloth. It also has a belt clip and shoulder strap. Tripod has flexible legs and is somewhat small, but utilitarian. Good enough for use on a tabletop. Also came with blower brush, cleaning solution with q-tips, microfiber cloth and 2 sticky LCD covers. Not a pro kit by any means. But a very good starter set for the price.
