The product was a genuine Canon battery and fit my SD550 as promised. I’ve bought a cheap one off eBay before after losing my OEM one, and was HIGHLY disappointed with it’s 5 MINUTE battery life. This battery is legit as they come and lasted just as long as my original battery, Great deal for the price. Deifnitely a MUST BUY if you’re looking for a similar battery!

Well at time i have recharged the battery 3 times and still i have a lot of time to take pictures and movies, because is new the battery is working good, so no problem at this moment

I ordered two Canon NB-3L batteries from Amazon. After making it clear that I did not receive mail delivery at my street address, Amazon sent them to my street address anyway. The Post Office sent them back to the shipping address. I contacted Amazon via e-mail and was assured that this would be rectified. A month later I have no further communication from Amazon, no batteries, and no credit to my account. How could this be much worse? I run a small business and could not get away with this kind of behavior and expect to keep returning customers.

I bought this Canon NB-3L Rechargeable Battery Pack for my canon sd550. For this camera model, you need the 2nd battery pack because the power was gone very fast after charging it (not more than 3 times of taking pictures…i didn’t mean shutter). Unlike, canon nb-5l that I have for sd 850 IS, I can take the pictures for more than 3 or 4 events at least.
